Savills on green energy at Future Cities Forum
We are extremely pleased that Nick Green, Head of Energy at Savills will be speaking at our Future Cities Forum 'Healthy Cities' on 30th January 2019 at the Apothecaries' Hall, London.
We will be discussing the UK's investment in the energy sector in the journey towards a low carbon economy, the drive to improve pollution levels for health and energy security.
Nick has over 14 years sector experience with particular specialism in renewable energy generation projects acting for a range of clients including commercial lenders, independent developers/operators and private clients. Experience has included disposal and acquisition of projects as well as wide ranging consultancy services surrounding site acquisition and development.
Recent projects include disposal of multiple FIT scale development and operational wind opportunities, valuation and expert witness work in respect of hydro-electric and onshore wind projects, negotiation of terms for battery, gas peaking and biomass CHP sites UK wide, negotiation of cable and access rights for offshore projects including Meygen Tidal Project, Hywind Float Offshore Wind Farm and Aberdeen Bay Offshore Wind Farm, purchasing advice in connection with large mixed use land and renewable energy portfolio, Northern England.
Nick is a graduate of the University of Aberdeen and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also a RICS Registered Valuer and co-authored the RICS guidance note for the valuation of renewable energy assets.
