UK Health Forum joins Future Cities
We are delighted that Chief Executive of the UK Health Forum, Paul Lincoln, is speaking at our Healthy Cities forum on 9th October 2017. Paul has worked in public health at local, national and international levels in the public and third sector for over 36 years. The UK Health Forum focuses on the primary prevention of linked avoidable non communicable diseases.
Paul is a member of numerous Government and scientific expert public health advisory groups and Chair of one of the National Institute of Clinical and Health Excellence standing Public Health Advisory Committees. He has been a Director at the Health Education Authority and has worked in public health in the NHS as well as been an educational adviser, teacher and researcher.
He was awarded an OBE in the 2008 New Year honours list for services to healthcare and is an honorary member of the Royal College of Physicians, the Association of Directors of Public Health, a fellow of the Faculty of Public Health and a Professorial Fellow to the Royal Society of Public Health. He is also a visiting Professor at Chester University
